Meet Ann

Ann LeFevre, PhD, LCSW, CMT

Hi and thank you for visiting my website! I specialize in helping individuals regain balance in their lives through psychotherapy and massage therapy. I am a PhD, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Although I cannot provide both psychotherapy and massage to the same person due to an ethical conflict, I am happy to discuss your needs and see which service makes the most sense for you at this time. My top priority is to help you live your healthiest life.

My Approach
I’ve been a mental health therapist for over 15 years, and my therapeutic approach is grounded in using evidence-based treatments, backed by decades of research. If you are interested in learning more about the specific treatments I provide, please contact me. My standard rate is $165/hour, and I am paneled with several insurances. Please check HERE to see which insurances I currently accept.

I’ve also been a massage therapist for over 3 years, and my purpose in each massage session and class is to provide the research-backed health benefits of therapeutic touch as well as the ultimate relaxation experience. Everyone needs and deserves touch, and I’m happy to offer a range of massage opportunities and experiences.

About Me
After living in the San Francisco Bay Area for almost 10 years, I made the decision in late 2018 to move to the Denver area, and I love Colorado! I see clients at the Iliff Office Park in Aurora, and I also provide telehealth psychotherapy for clients who live anywhere in Colorado or California.

The majority of my clinical social work experience comes from working for the Department of Veterans Affairs, and also through previous work on inpatient and residential units at a mental health facility.

My massage therapy practice began a few years ago, as I was learning more about the mind body connection and the importance of therapeutic touch. I recently became a Certified Yomassage® Therapist, and I’m excited to bring small group massage classes to Aurora and Denver.

I also published my first book in 2018, Live Your Life: 14 Days to the Best You, which includes lessons I’ve shared with my clients over the years, using examples from my personal life. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing, taking walks and exploring small towns, and I’m looking forward to exploring more of Colorado’s nature.
